How can I participate in the voting?

To participate in the weekly vote, you must register.
From then on, the current poll will be available to you every week. You’ll need the username and password you chose. You’ll find the current poll in the GEWC Member Zone.
When you register, you can optionally sign up for the reminder email.

What data is processed?

All you need to register is a valid email address. As for your name, you can use whatever you like.
When it comes to voting, the system only records whether you’ve cast your vote. It’s not possible to track who voted for which scores.

Do all titles have to be rated?

The answer to this question is quite simple. No!
Some titles may remain unrated if you don’t want to pass judgment on them.

I’m not receiving any emails about the voting. What can I do?

Depending on your email provider, it may help to add the address ma****@**wc.de to your address book or whitelist. If that doesn’t work, please send us an email. We may be able to assist you.

Who decides on the new releases?

When selecting new releases, we base our choices on recent releases and feedback from our polls. We also welcome suggestions sent directly via email to Ma****@**wc.de. Bands without a record deal are also welcome to submit their work. When selecting new releases, we strive to include a diverse mix of genres, which may sometimes result in a track being featured a bit earlier or a bit later than others.
